Can true quality be copied?
Quality is a word frequently referred to. Everybody insists it applies to his service or product. But quality does not simply mean making a precise copy of a machine, such as a soil compactor, for example. If you do not have the specific knowledge to know what you are doing, you can neither influence technological progress nor set new standards in a particular field.
At Weber MT quality means a corporate culture that matured and was filled with life over the years. It embraces all business divisions. Progressive, innovative thinking and genuine craftsmanship are characteristics of this corporate culture.
We have developed methods ensuring continuous control of the performance parameters of our machines. During the process of development the running qualities of new products are evaluated, for example. In this way we achieve optimal running behavior and can realize innovations, such as COMPATROL®.
This illustrates that the efforts involved are enormous. But it is worth the trouble. People operating our machines under rough everyday conditions appreciate their reliability.
