Flexible all-rounder: CR 6 H
New in the product range
Weber MT has designed the CR 6 H, a truly flexible all-rounder. The soil compactor can be used for many purposes, in trench and road construction, civil engineering and the landscaping sector. Thanks to the optional compaction control COMPATROL® up to 25 per cent of compacting passes can be saved.
Recently the new reversible soil compactor CR 6 H has been added to the Weber MT product range. It can be used for many types of compaction jobs, from trench digging to compacting interlocking paving stones in the landscaping sector. The standard working width of 60 cm can be reduced to 45 cm or extended to 70 cm.
Driven by a powerful Diesel engine from Hatz (Type 1 B 40) the compactor boasts a centrifugal force of 50 kN. Change from forward to reverse travel is infinitely variable and hydraulic. Low-vibration guide handles, the height-adjustable guide bar, minimal hand-arm vibrations and the extremely low-noise engine from Hatz – all these are features ensuring even more ease of operation. The CR 6 H is fitted with a large, foldable lifting eye making it easy to safely transport the compactor with an operating weight of 412 kg. A sturdy protection frame with cover protects the engine from damage and dust getting into its mechanics. Practical access flaps and a self-adjusting centrifugal clutch are additional features that simplify maintenance.
It is not just the technical features of the CR 6 H that are convincing. The machine is also a first-class choice when it comes to thinking about economy. Thanks to the optio-nal compaction monitoring system COMPATROL®-CCD or -MSM up to 25 per cent of compacting passes can be avoided. Both types of control ensure even compaction results. Weak points can be identified and be removed at once. The system also indicates when the compaction process is finished. In addition COMPATROL®-MSM features service and machine management functions, such as signaling service intervals or stopping the machine for safety reasons when the oil level is too low or the air filter is dirty.
